Query about judge's rights under sec 200 & 202

Hi, I have a question regarding judge's power under sec 200 and 202. My husband and in-laws have submitted a false complaint in Agra district court last year in July. The complaint was rejected and disposed. Now, They have again given the same complaint in Family court in Agra. Judge has directed the investigation to police station. As I said, It is a false complaint, they have stated that my father has taken all their jewellery and sold to pay some loans, have beaten my husband and brother in law, robbery using gun etc. Now, police have done the investigation and they have assured us, they will send the right report to court. this report will have my, my parents and witnesses statements. We also have some evidences recorded calls etc in that my husband and in-laws are speaking with me nicely on the evidence day. My question is, Judge can still order registration of the case even if police FR says that there is no evidence of such incident?
