Query about attestation form of govt job

An fir was registered against me under section IPC 323,504,506.but neither closure report nor chargesheet is filed from 2 years. No question is asked about fir registration in attestation form.does I said to be prosecuted or not . Will it creates problem in govt job. Am I required to disclose it apart from attestation form.
Yes, you are required to disclose about the FIR in the form. As you have mentioned that charge sheet has not yet been prepared by the investigating agency, therefore you should file a quashing petition under section 482 quashing the fir.
