what will be the status of the present case and how do I come to know whether next date court will sit ? What will happen if the accused is not able to be present without any action like BW/NBW. What one should do in the present COVID-19 scenario..

Dear Sir Please understand the situation. No body wish to take risk. Similarly the Judges wants to be on safer side by just reissuing Summons. Any way he will be arrested once situation turns normal. Have patience.

During this time all cases are adjourning as per the sc order without any damage nothing to worry about the case status you can fallowup on E-courts there will get your case status more then that this critical time court not be issued any NBW.
