Sir, mere against FIR hui thi jisme Police ne IPC(147,148,149,323,307,392 or SC ST act )lgi thi bt after investigation it converts to IPC(323,324,504&SC ST Act(3) ) h. FIR hne k baad hmara compromise ho gya th . Ye case final krne k liye ky krna hga ye District court m h to hm high court s directly final kra skte h ?

there is an FIR against you and police has filed under IPC 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, and 392 and also sc /st act. but after investigation it converts to IPC 323, 324, 504, and SC act 3. after FiR you had done compromise

Agar chargesheet Court mein a gai hai to aap sab log apni BEL kara kar ismein Korea ke Byan per lete hue yah Jo Baki 323 324 504 506 yah to compoundable offence hai permission of court lekin Aisi Hasti Shayad Na Ho aap ismein trial Shuru kara kar Byan Patwa dijiye

aap high court mein file kar sakte hai under section 482 of crpc you just have to submit copy of compromise and your case will be disposed of on the very first day of the proceeding in the high court which is very simple and convenient compared to district court
