Quashing of Wrongful FIR filed against me for stalking

I am an NRI working abroad for past 4yrs. In 2012 I briefly developed interest in a girl (known to me through relatives) and we talked for a few months. We never met but our conversations (mutually consensual) became intimate with sharing of personal photos/videos etc. I was interested in marrying her and asked her a few times to which she never said anything. I told my parents but kundlis didn’t match and we ended talking. She has filed an FIR against me in 2022 (now chargesheeted) u/s 354D IPC when she found out about my marriage with someone else, claiming I made relations with her under the pretext of marriage. I am employed abroad and can’t appear in court. What are my options?

apke khilaf jo first information report hue h usko quesh krane ke liye ap high court me under section 482 crpc ke anusar writ file kr sakte hai .or waha se apko stay bhi mil jayega jb tk apki fir queash nhi ho jati hai .
