Quashing Of Fir While Trial is going to began in district Court

An fir is filed under section 323 504 506. Chargesheet is filed. Trial is going to began in district court. Can I go for quashing of fir?

No .. you can only get it quashed after the decree of the case. Before that you cannot apply for the quashing in high court. Trial to be prosecuted properly or after the order from the court in particular matter you can get the fir quashed.

Yes you can go for quashing. Quashing is extraordinary power where The high court maintains the justice in order.
In complaint case, all the parties will be called for hearing. And accordingly decided by the court.

However, statement of parties is not mandatory as its the discretion.

yes you can go for quashing and draw points from chargesheet and present to the court that what are lacuna in there and how you will suffer if matter go on for trial. If ground's established then you can expect some relief from court.
