Quashing of FIR not getting Listed in HC

My matter is not getting listed since 2019 I have filed the petition in 2019 Jan after that did not get any hearing date. My lawyer is also just saying not able to get the dates i am preparing for govt exams this case is creating hurdle for the same how can i get my matter listed for hearingnDoes the matter getting listed is informed a day before hearing date

Sorry to know about your situation. Yes, your advocate will be sent an email by the high court registry informing about the matter if it gets listed. If matter isn't listing then there is a procedure that your advocate will have to follow to liat the matter..

Let me see : Why your case is not getting listed? Well, to assess that, I have to see the status of the Petition filed by you. Hope so, you will send the Petition submitted details as soon as possible in High Court.
