Quashing of fir ,my ex girlfriend have filed fir of ipc 354,354d,324

I was in a love affair some years ago ,due to some problem it cant be get continued, my girlfriend have filed a fir against me for ipc 354,354d,324,323,506,504,325, How should i come out from this police cases police people are very troubling to us please help me give me some way how should i come out

Sorry to know about your situation. You first need to get anticipatory bail from the sessions Court. Should engage an advocate who shall file anticipatory bail for you before sessions Court and once you obtain it then you may go to high court for quashing if you have proofs of your innocence.

go for quashing agaunst the FIR in the high court and get it quashed or you will have to face the whole trial in the lower court and if u do not wish to face the trial and want to get out of it quickly you can go for quashing

Firstly you need to secure a anticipatory bail. Then you need to move for quashing of FIR. Kindly book a consultation call for a detail advice. You need secure a anticipatory bail at the earliest. Also kindly share a copy of FIR
