dear client as per your query I can only suggest that your query is not specified and no details have been given by your end but if the court has not given stay in your application for quashing of an FIR it will be better to give evidence against the allegations if you have in the FIR which is made in after getting the counter from state as well as opposite party for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

on the next date both can be done The High Court may give a stay to you or not give stay to you it depends upon your case and counter of the opposite party. please explain to me more about your case by which I can suggest you exactly what the court will do. on the next date both can be done The High Court may give a stay to you or not give a stay to you it depends upon your case and counter of the opposite party. please explain to me more about your case by which I can suggest you exactly what the court will do.
