Generally how many days will it take for Quashing of case in High court . So if in case we found guilty then will the case continue in High court ??? If case is filled in sessions judge.

Dear Sir First Advocate try for stay. They you will be in safer zone. Then final hearing for Quashing it may be within 3 months or prolonged upto 2 years. if found guilty that is convicted you have go in Appeal to Sessions Court then High Court if Sessions Court confirms conviction judgment.
