Quashing - Is complainant required to be made respondent and why

09-Sep-2023 (In Criminal Law)
I am trying to find a case law or benchmark ruling which states that complainant is not required as a necessary party in case of quashing of FIR. As per my understanding, the case is against the state and complainant has no locus standi to the proceedings I'm planning to club the quashing of fir and commission of Perjury by complainant and I don't want them to know that I am filing the petition..

Well, You will not find such Judgement which you are looking for, as Complainant is a necessary Party, who has to be involved and heard in the case of Quashing Petition filed under Sec 482 of the CRPC, 1973.
