it may not be possible to get your quashing case filed in delhi, since all the materials, evidences, etc. pertaining to your case will be available locally at Bangalore and the HC there will be best suited to deal with your case. this is the spirit behind the law. moreover the jurisdiction of a HC is only on court and authorities within its jurisdiction. however, you may file a petition before the supreme court for appropriate directions. the supreme court has jurisdiction over courts and authorities all over India, and it may be able to provide you the relief required.
