Quashing FIR for Appointment in Govt Job and not getting hearing date

I am not getting hearing date in Mumbai High court Since Dec 2020 i have filed the petition on Sept 2019 and in Dec also we didnt get a chance for hearing as it was online hearing we waited whole day but our turn didnt came. We only got one hearing on Mar 2020 after that we are not getting any date. I have cleared ibps po exam but worried about the F.I.R as due to that i will be rejected. How can i get hearing date.
There is a lot of pendency before the Bombay high court bench at Mumbai and the pendency has increased many fold due to pandemic. The justices are sitting extra hours at some benches but cannot take all matters on the board. You got to mention and circulate the matter again.

On showing urgency, you can get a Instant Date on Board. However, Court should get convinced with your urgency. You can get a Date by filing a Precipe. While filing Precipe, Advocate asks Judge to keep the matter on Board for today or after few days down the line owing to urgency, otherwise Justice will not be served to the client who has kno cked the doors of Judiciary.
