Quashing fir after the hiring can remove criminal records

If I quash fir in india it will be removed in my criminal history for the checking of mnc companies background verification check

Yes it should. The very meaning of quash is to make the criminal proceedings null and void. If incase if your case details are still pending after a court quashed a proceedings, you can write to the commisoner of police or SP of the district to remove your criminal records if any. If they don't comply. We can move a writ.
