Quashing DV case after receiving favouring order under HMA

Sir my dv act case is in cross evidence of wife witness side & in between this procedure I got orders from another court in my favour under RCR Decree of hma 1955 So now I want to know how to quash dv act or take stay order against dv act proceeding.
In my opinion if the RCR decree under Hindu marriage act is in your favour then you can file divorce petition before the court. And without detail discussion and document review proper consult is not possible.
