Quashing 306 chargesheet not yet filed.3 years.

A sucide note has 14 people name , and one is mine.case 2020 . FiR has 10 names in it .Anticipatory bail is also taken. Three years then ni chargesheet is filed. When can I go for quashing of my name from the fir .

Quashing of FIR is a major element of any criminal case. You can apply any time for quashing the FIR by high court in section 482. It is the court's discretion whether to allow or to deny the quashing of the FIR. This option is always open.
