quash petition karnataka high court

Last Month I gave a quash petition for 498a against me in karnataka HC (bangalore) but till now no number is a received and case is not showing. how much time it takes usually it takes to come?. is there any way to speed up? The discharge application is pending for long time but PP is not filing objections.

when rhe case ia filed usually there will be scrutiny if objections are there it has to be complied later it will come before court and charge sheet if filed it will be dispose if not there will be call for objections as soon as u file u get number of ur case. probably it may not be filed. ask ur advocate
