Quash disposed due to advocate not mentioned forgery

Police colluded with culprits and filed a false criminal case against me. Here mentioned date I'm not at location. Also witnesses signatures were forgered in the chargesheet. But my advocate not mentioned facts. That's why quash petition dismissed. My doubt is may I again file quash in highcourt or not.

Yes you file a quash case again in high court but we need strong evidence and as you said u were not at location =-approach an advocate he will help you in quash in your case.. we help in getting quash your case and you will be out from this case
