Psychological harassment by colleagues and misuse of power.

09-Apr-2026 (In Criminal Law)
Colleagues of my office(govt.) passing comments behind my back and while passing by. Using devices that create a negative environment for me, clubbing together and pressing wrong facts about me. Spread wrong things about me by manipulating the public. Sometimes given drugs in tea, supported by higher officers as I had witnessed and reported something illegal about an IRS officer and many such other things happened/happening in the office. Misusing their power and suppressing my voice.

Internal Reporting and Protection Since this is a government office, there are typically established channels for these issues: Vigilance Department: Most government organizations have a dedicated vigilance wing to handle complaints against officers, especially regarding illegal activities or abuse of power. Whistleblower Protection: Many jurisdictions have specific laws (like the Whistleblowers Protection Act) designed to protect employees who report wrongdoing from retaliation. You may want to check the specific provisions available to you.

this situation involves serious allegations of workplace harassment and criminal activity that require immediate legal and administrative attention you are describing a pattern of targeted victimization that includes defamation professional sabotage and most alarmingly physical harm through the alleged drugging of food or beverages because you are in a government office and have previously acted as a whistleblower regarding an irs officer you are protected under specific legal frameworks designed to prevent retaliation and ensure the safety of employees who report misconduct in good faith the first step is to document every incident with precise details including dates times names of witnesses and the specific nature of the comments or actions taken against you if you believe you have been drugged you should seek medical attention immediately to obtain a toxicology report which serves as crucial physical evidence for a criminal complaint you should also consider filing a formal grievance with the internal complaints committee or the human resources department of your organization ensuring that you mention the retaliatory nature of these actions following your report on the irs officer.
