What is the provision for transfer of lower court criminal case to session court in case and counter cases ?

Dear Sir, You can file transfer petition before the Sessions Court and see that  408 Power of Sessions Judge to transfer cases and appeals. You may request the Sessions Court to withdraw both the case and counter case from the Trial Courts and it may be tried by the Sessions Court if you made out a case.
