Property transferred before the Cheque Bounce Cases registered.

Hi, I have provided signed blank cheque and have got the money for interest and also taken personnel loan, i have incurred huge business loss and unable to pay back the money or EMI, hence the CC Cases are getting filled, however i anticipated this and earlier last year, i had register the house in my name to my mom name as gift deed and the house is in my mom name and i don' have any property in my name, kindly let me know will there be an issue on the house that i had register to my mom name

Dear Sir, You have done a good job. However prolong the matters and take note of the following: Keep a copy of the gift deed and registration details. If proceedings begin under the NI Act or DRT/Recovery cases, be prepared to show proof of timing and intent of the property transfer.
