Property Issue Changed To Criminal Case

My father was in good condition and he had executed gift deed to me in 2013. And my father died in 2017. And now one of my brother has got some doctor report of my father which says father was not well . And he has filled 420 , 120b and other sections. What can be done . Please advice

You did not mention whether it is a police complaint or a case in the court. However you can contest the case with evidence from your side. Actually, your brother who had filed the case has to prove his case with strong evidence. Just a doctor report is not sufficient.

Hi sir , we need to see the FIR, and analyse the content of the FIR. Thereafter we need to file the quash petition before the High Court to quash the FIR which registered against you thank you
