Proof of intercourse in false promise of marriage

I never had intercourse with a woman and met her last time in March 2020 that too publically. My question is what if she decides to file a false rape case by saying I had intercourse on false pretext of marriage as chats suggests we discussed marriage will Police and judiciary assume that I had an intercourse just because the girl says that too after multiple years? Lets say she files a false case after few years. I didn't have a proper convo with a girl since 2022.

That will come under the ambit of False promise of Marriage and due to that intercorse held and she may also file a case against you but delay held so you may take advantage for in that case you just keep eyes open and watch the status
