Hi, as you have already filed the FIR and arrest of the accused has taken place the police would have submitted the charge sheet to the court. Now as the guy is coming out on bail, that does not mean he is free. He has to undergo the trail and based on the proceedings of the case and evidences strongly tabled by the public prosecutor the case shall be decided. Be strong enough to give your statement in the court during cross examination and produce all evidences to the court that you have to prove that this guy cheated you by promising to marry and used you physically for many days. Let me know if you need any help.

It's challenging case for you because you some evidence regarding your relationship, and also witness.
Once they get bail it's not essyiest to escape the charge, because it's judiciary process. The case is continuing still come to prove or disprove.Contct legal consultant.

1. His bail application should have got opposed by PP. Get me the case details, So that i can find more details.

2. If consequences were followed against you then you have all rights challenge the lower court order on bail.

Dear Madam,
You have to provide all possible evidence to the police and see that charge sheet is filed. If you share the FIR and other evidence I am in position to suggest more. If released ask the prosecution authority to prefer appeal against such bail order.
