Process to get permission for international travel

I have applied for renewal of passport recently. For that i have to provide written application to the court. I want to know if i have to travel abroad for a week, which documents i have to submit to the court and will be there any problem during immigration?

as you saying tht you wish to travel to abroad for 4 weeks due to some work. in that case you need to take permission from the court to travel abroad along with a valid reason on which court could realize and permit you to travel abroad. court can also direct you with some of the condition which youbhave follow. as your infirmation you have been charged under section 279/304A ipc. documents i can only tell you after going through your case file.

You need to file an application for NOC from the concern court and your passport could be renewed for 11 months .
Yes you need to get the permission to travel abroad , for that too you need to file an application in the concern court.
