Procedure to take anticipatory bail for false dowry case

My wife has alreay complained two times in the police station for domestic voilence and dowry (498).Though case isnot registered it is NCR. I just want to know can i take anticeptory bail against these two complains. Thanks & Regards
Yes you may approach in 498 (A) case.but i would like to tell you that 498(A) not an easy to suit a case now by days a committee had taken action regarding the 498 A cases so if you need any kind of problem regarding this you may contact me.
