I am love a girl and she parents done marriage with blackmail at the age of 16 year old. Now she is not happy with this marriage and also no family life with her husband in last 3 Years and we both want marriage Legally. What can I do? Is the marriage is valid at the age of 16 years and what is the legal issues face?

if you want to marry that girl you have to wait till she become 18 and you 21 , Marriage cannot perform until and unless she taken divorce from her husband .

The girl can annul her marriage on the grounds of being minor within a certain period.
Assuming the girl is a major now, she has to approach the courts within 2 years from she becoming a major and have the marriage annulled.
