Procedure to obtain bail for case registered u/s 498a of IPC

My uncle has been attested n in custody bcz 0f IPC307 but after arresting police inspector remove 307 and kept 498a and Lower court has rejected the bail. Can we get the bail from HC.

yes you can get a bail from high court or session court as well but for that you have to share all the relevant information correctly to the lawyers and also have to trust on him as without all the facts one can’t tell you the proper recourse

Hello concern,

As you told me that your uncle was arrested under section 307ipc and now 307 is removed and only 498a was on him,yes he can get bail from high court as well but you did not mention that from how many days he is in custody also for this you can appeal again in seesion if there is any new ground.
For this evry lawyer has to see the case file for durther advice
