You can always get a complaint drafted and file it before the police station according to your jurisdiction and tell them to register a FIR against the culprit. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Hi. The information you provided is incomplete. However the procedure to file a Criminal complaint before the concerned magistrate is by filing a complaint under relevant sections through an advocate. You can alternatively file an FIR with the corresponding police station where after the case shall be moved by the police with you as the informant. For a precise opinion you can request for a detailed on call consultation

There is no such thing as illegal pregnancy. And I dont know by what acumen you are saying that a lady will go through pregnancy only to seek maternity leave. Do you mean she lied that she is pregnant and sought maternity leave?

General Procedure to File a Criminal Complaint in India: 1. Document the Evidence: Gather all documents, communications, and records that show the alleged fraudulent intent. 2. Approach the Local Police Station: File a written complaint. If the police refuse to register an FIR, you may escalate the matter. 3. Send a Written Complaint to Higher Authorities: You can write to the Superintendent of Police (SP) or Commissioner.
