Procedure to apply for anticipatory bail against the false allegations

my daughterin law wants to stay seperate from us but my son do not ,her father also offer resident,but we deny,she left our house and served a notice which has many allegations of dawrey and cruelty which are false alligation.she served notice to each member of our house my self my wife and my daughter and my son.do we need precaution and get anticipatory bails.? we are hindu jain family

ABA can be filed in sessions court and need to be argued if your daughter files a dowry case against you u/s 498 A you will get arrested and jailed before you get arrested needs to be filed a anticipatory bail application for the same

there is no need to take anticipatory bail in matrimonial disputed crime under section 498 of IPC... recent supreme court judgement prescribed various guidelines to police before the arrest of such case....
