As the sections and Non Bailable, after the FIR police will arrest the accused and after completing the investigation police will file the chargesheet before the magistrate. In the meantime you can move to the court for Bail. You should contact a good criminal lawyer who will easily guide you through the process.

The procedure will be of investigation and filling of charge sheet .If u want u can go fir quashing of FIR and also of filling for anticipatory bail application .If u want u can directly file for anticipatory bail in High court . There is a provision for that. Contqct me for any help.
