Procedure in case crime branch causing mental harassment

My husband  has no involvmnt in any of fence currently or in past also BT crime branch of Delhi RK puram giving mentalky harassmnt fr a murder case which is actly natural death not a murder. PR n visra reports also give its results. N during dis crime branch investigation my husband is in major depression.. He is taking treatment with IHBAS. Pls tell me way should we do

It has to be seen whether an FIR has been registered against your husband or police just harrasing your husband during investigation as a suspect. What is your husband's relationship with the victim. If your husband has been falsely booked it needs to be ascertained whether charges have been framed or not or at what stage the investigation is. Try to lodge F.I.R in police station.if they not take any action. Make an application to higher authorities of police station.Mental harassement is a criminal offence under Indian penal code u/s 504. If police authorities do not take actions then I can directly complaint to the court. Thnkew !!
