Private Medical College Scam in Bangalore

Fee payment deadline was on XYZ day. I paid before that but i could not collect the fee payment receipt issued by college due to lack of time. nnOne month later they told me to pay a penalty of 100 rupees per day since then for not collecting the receipt. nnSo I have to pay around 3000 Rs. for not collecting the receipt although I have the proof of payment from my bank, etc. nnAnd the circular stating this was not brought to our notice on the website. Is this legal? Please help me out.

I understand your questions. so you paid fees to college but college is not given recipt till right so now they are asking 100rs penalty per day panalty will pay otherwise they don't issue the recipt right so you have a proof with in time limit you paid the college fee why you have to pay the panalty. my s ugestion is you have t o give the legal notice to them what are all problem you face it from college all those you mention your notice and then also they are not give recip you will tell him to I go with legaly. so my sugation is ince you give legal notice that will give you the recipt. thank you
