Private complaint filed in court but no FIR was made in PS

10-Apr-2024 (In Criminal Law)
The constable who manhandled me without any reason in the police station then i reached his officers with multiple complaints on him but no action taken against the constable. Instead of that they have registered false FIR against to me on 25-Aug-2023. Therefore, I submitted to the court with all the proofs and then Honorable judge was instructed to the PS to file a private complaint on the constable with the Dispatch number on 7th March 2024. But till now no action taken. Pls suggest?

Filing a writ petition in the High Court can be a viable option in situations where a lower authority, such as a police station, fails to act on a court's orders or where there's an abuse of power, such as the filing of a false FIR against you. The High Court has the power to enforce the rights of citizens and ensure that lower courts and public institutions fulfill their duties.

hi if the police are not registering the FIR against the persons despite being the magistrate order then you could approach high court to direct the authorities to register the FIR as soon as possible
