X has made Section 420 IPC and its related sections complaint on Y. It is cheating case wherein Y dishonestly induced X to give money via NEFT for Y's daughter education. FIR is registered by police. FIR is a public document. 1.) Can X send copy of FIR to the Bank where Y maintains account or loan with intention of Bank to pressurize Y to repay loan? 2.) Can X send copy of FIR to Y's neighbours to bring disrepute? What are other ways to pressurize Y?

Dear Sir, At your risk copies of FIR can be circulated and even contents therein can be published in the medi a and social network. The risk will arise only if police file B Report saying that complaint already lodged is false one. If Charge sheet is filed then there will be no risk. Keeping in mind above one can send copy of FIR to the Bank and neighbors.
