If i am going to stay in a hotel with girl friend, What precautions should i take care. As we both have consent can i be falsely charged with rap if in future she will brokeup with me. What precaution should i take.

Well, you should video record the sex in which you are engaging with her by seeking her consent and also inform her in advance, that, you are doing so, because, you do not want her to file a Rape Case against you tomorrow, so just to safeguard yourself, you would video record the happily sex in which you guys are engaging with consent of each other, so later on, she cannot blame, that, you forced yourself upon her.

why don't you make an agreement for staying in a live in relationship.... that will save you from all the apprehensions and intuitions which you have. this will eventually discard the probability of you getting in any legal complications and make sure that you can continue to stay with her being assured that there will be no criminal action against you.

Hello, you should keep the record of hotel and chats and photos which contains her consent for sex directly or indirectly with you. As the laws are on woman side , she can anyhow register FIR for rape on the pretext of marriage and you may land in trouble but then you can apply for anticipatory bail
