A summon has been sent under BNS 316(2), 318 under credit card default. Please guide what to do. Whether i will get arrested, i am not an intentional defaulter, it is circumstantial.

Well in the pre cognizance you have to appear before the court either through a Ld. Advocate or Youself and satisfy the court so as to why the case shall not proceed. Well, you will not get arrested at this stage.
