Pranam sir, an FIR lodge against my family 420,34ipc,3/4 dowry prohibition act..my name was added in the FIR.... currently I'm selected in excise duty group c post ...case compromise in the district court...than chargesheet sent to the court but training/ date still pending...o final judgement given by the court...we lodged 482 crpc quashing of FIR in the HC with all certified copy but opposite party do not ready to come in HC ..what should I do??... I'm very frustrated....pls help me ASAP..THANK YOU ❤️

you can again apply for 482 for quashing of fir or hier an advocate for your case to go for compromise petion for your case so that the case gets dismissed what is the present stage of you case has trial stated.....

if the quashing in pending on the ground of compromise which has been compromised in the district court then certify copy of the affidavit of district court would suffice to at least get a stay in the proceeding which will be enough to help you with commencing with your training with an undertaking therein. in case you feel any difficulty you may further approach the high court under its writ jurisdiction to help you join your training. all the best.
