Power of attorney forgery case

FIR has been lodged against me under section 420,467,468 for forgery of Power of attorney. The background for this case is, I bought a property in 1990 and taken rights on power of attorney from Deepak kumar , after 33 years a person with same name and father name filled a case against me by saying this Power of attorney is executed on my name and this POA has similar signature but I didn't sign and never executed any property and also I do not have any such property mentioned as per POA.

You should immediately apply for anticipatory bail before the sessions Court of the division and get pre arrest protection. After that you may apply for quashing of the said FIR against you before the high court under section 482
