POSH Policy-IS mandate to have woman oriented policy or gender neutral

We have a Anti sexual harassment policy in our organisation which is gender neutral. Will it suffice or it is mandate to have a policy for woman as per POSH ACT 2013? Will it be onerous on us to keep gender neutral policy in future or will it be good to go ahead with it?

POSH was very much clear , it's main object to protect , prevent and redress of sexual harrassment against women at workplace, you are mandate under the section 04 to constitute a internal complaints committee and to maintain annual report

Yes it’s a symbol of good corporate governance it should be displayed in the notice board other than that also there are other policies which one should place and it all depends upon the type of organisation so kindly mention clearly wherein one can easily come to know about the organisation
