porperty 420 casei want recover my money

some people have doped me in buying a property i have filed 420 fir and i have done all the transaction by net banking the acussed is taken bail the police is going to file charge sheet soon what should i do now can any one help

Dear Sir, You must bring pressure on the Accused to return back the amount otherwise simply running criminal case against him there is no scope for getting amount given by you for purchasing the property. Simultaneously, you may file civil suit for recovery of your amount enclosing copy of charge sheet and bank records having transferred the amount.
