dear client, no you can't since a criminal case is pending against you... you may approach the complainant and enter into a compromise to file a quashing petition in the Hon'ble high court which is the most speedy way to dispose of the case against you... for further clarification contact me...

you have to get your name cleared fron court. appear before court and get your name cleared. thats the only way. your employers will ask for that and police will also give a report based on that. get in touch with s s law offices by searching google. 801 302 18 18.
