Police requesting to attend case.

Police requesting to attend court of a criminal /accident case discharged in my earlier hospital(private organization) ,I was working. As police seized the medical documents during my tenure in the organization and I produced the same with my signature. Now being a govt. officer of new firm is it mandatory to attend the court without the involvement from the hospital being the hospital documents? I am having no knowledge about the case 2 to 3 years earlier.What would be the safe side on the part or what can be communicated to the police requesting the same. Can I refuse as the earlier documents are supposed to be of the hospital and not my belongings?
At any point adverse orders may come out, either get it quashed or get a FRT done by police, otherwise police will trap you so that they squeeze out from you otherwise, take a lawyers assistance and sort it out, its a new trend by police to harass citizens by digging into unnecessary

during the accident case you were employee.ofthe organisation Hospital you were related with the case and if the case disposed off then you will have a copy of the order where the judge recorded in writing the order of disposal of the case and if police find it necessary they can recall any body for the case related you are sure that is disposed off maybe not
