hello client,
i have gone through your question, which is about u/s 498/406/34 IPC fir got registered but still police is not taking any action of investigation as well as the not even the arrest have been made till now, just getting the fir registered is not enough in this matter you have to follow a proper path of legal procedure through court only because police use to take money from othetr party and sit quite,so they are not taking any action,in this matter you have to move to the compitant court so due to direction of the court they are bound to take action otherwise they will lose there job,
thanks

Dera Client, I completely understand your concern but you need to be sure about one thing that getting F.I.R registered is not the mere solution to your problem , you need to approach the concerned magistrate and file an complaint under section 156 c.r.p.c so that the court can take action against the said F.I.R and for detail advise please do call me any time.
