POLICE NOT FILING REPORT UNDER CrPC 202 FOR 307 IPC

An attempt to murder me took place near my house in Chennai. The attackers were sent by my rivals from Delhi. As the police did not investigate, I approached the court and the magistrate took my sworn and witness statements. The police were asked to investigate and file a report. The police did not call me so far. Next date is on 18th June. I want to know if the police will send the accused written summons or just call them over phone? Can I mee the ACP to explain? OR would it be subjudice?

police is not registered in the case then you should approach through a register post by way of sending a complaint to the concerned police station and higher authorities and even if it is not converted into any FIR then you can approach magistrate Court for a direction to get register FIR
