How to quash our FIR in sc st case? Sp is warning us he would register rowdy sheet against us how to counter this? Our situation is nothing related to the public peace and tranquility

you can file a quash petition in High court,if chargesheet is filed then you have to face the trail but incase you have not done anything wrong and they don't have any evidence you can file quash in high court,comming to S.P is warning you that he will file rowdy sheeter you can again approach High court against SP.

If nothing is mentioned in FIR or if you have proofs to disprove their case, we can expect orders in quash petition. a writ can be filed against commissioner that he is threating us . Unless you have multiple cases against you, police cannot file rowdy sheet

hi first need to see the contents of the FIR and its allegations and the contentions mentioned in it and based on that you could file quash petition to quash the FIR and if the police officials are harassing you then you could approach court in this matter
