How to quash our FIR in sc st case?Sp is warning us he would register rowdy sheet against us how to counter this? Our situation is nothing related to the public peace and tranquility

If nothing is mentioned in FIR or if you have proofs to disprove their case, we can expect orders in quash petition. a writ can be filed against commissioner that he is threating us . Unless you have multiple cases against you, police cannot file rowdy sheet

Q: Not repaying the loan amount and fake excuses

A woman asked me for money and I transferred it to her husband's bank account via upi. They started ignoring my calls after and partly repaid only after I contacted their owner. They bought a car in between but didn't repay my loan its almost a year now and they have given multiple excuses to avoid repayment and I suspect a fake death excuse as she herself admitted cheating one person before by non repaying

For recovery of amounts, limitation is three years from date of transfer, hence you need to hurry up. You should file recovery suit before proper court, for your amount. As it is via UPI, proving is easy for you

Before magistrate, you need to file a case for criminal intimidation, on the said recovery agent along with manager of your bank. However this will not stop them from sending other people for recovery of money. for this you need to file injunction petition before junior civil judge

I would like to seek expert opinion regarding a matter for one of my clients. The client intends to file a summary suit to recover consideration under a MOU through which he rented his private vehicle (bearing a white number plate) for self-drive.1. Is it legally valid to rent a private vehicle on the basis of an MOU for consideration?2. Is a summary suit maintainable in such a case, and would it be advisable to proceed with it?

You can't rent a private vehicles on rent. If you rent, it is an offence under MV act. It may cost you fine or seizure of vehicle. However through the MOU, we can say that the other party promised to change the nature of vehicle. The mou is a private affair. You can file summary suit but you need to firstly change your vehicle to private black number plate and then file

Sex on false pretext of marriage is rape, you can complaint before police station or file private complaint before magistrate. sharing your intimate pictures is also a crime. if you file a case, your husband will be in jail. alternatively you can file damages case for using you and get good compensation from the court
