Police has filed incorrect Final report A stating accused is not found

police has submitted final report A to the megistrate stating that accused cannot be found . However address mentioned in FIR is correct and number of accused is active indicating police has filed report without proper investigation..what can I do? I have enough proofs against accused..but looks like investigation officer has deal with them and have reported the accused as not found

Hello, when A summary is filed usually you have to file your reply to A summary report. It is advisable to you to file a protest petition before same magistrate court by producing all your documents or you have to request for re investigation as well to Court but best option is filing protest petition
