police files false cases against me with forgery signatures.

Police colluded with culprits and filed false cases against me. Even They filed chargesheet also. Here I have not at the crime location. And also witnesses signatures also forgered. Me and one of witnesses given complaint to higher officials. But no use. What can I do now. Is it right way to gave a complaint to human rights commission

hi if you are not connected to the allegations mentioned in the chargesheet and that you were not present at the time of offence and that you could file quash petition against the chargesheet that you were not connected to the allegations mentioned in the chargesheet and discharge you

you can file writ petition before the honble High court against the officials also you can file quash petition before the High court for crashing of the FIR are otherwise quashing of the charge sheet
