You will have to approach the court and file a petition to direct the police to complete the investigation and file the final report which is charge sheet. Then the court will pass an order directing the police to file final report within a specified period of time.

you want to file a petition before the honorable High Court to file the final report in the case for the FIR filed by the when another offences are both 60 days and in the murder case about 90 days the chargesheet is not filed then you can approach the high court to seek the direction against the police to file the chargesheet
